Vladimir G. Ingerman—Founder, CEO, and President

Dr. Ingerman has exceptionally broad business experience, domestic and international. His record of success in the oil and gas industry demonstrates superior leadership and management skills, strategic planning abilities, marketing and trading expertise, negotiation skills, business development vision, and extensive experience in the technical side in his success with software design and development. His 47 professional publications include a book, "Computerized Interpretation of Log Data", which has been widely used by university students and by professionals in the field.

He has been responsible for generated excellent relationships with Russian license holders. Dr. Ingerman founded AMROS Corporation in 1994 to foster better business relationships between American and Russian companies after an extensive successful career in the Russian oil industry. He relocated his family to America to work with Halliburton Corporation.

 Russian experience

  • Designed and developed a well log software system that became the first industrial application of the computerized interpretation of log data in the former Soviet Union.
  • Vice President in the Tyumen Oil Geophysical Association (Number two geophysical company in Russia).
  • In 1989 was recognized as one of top ten well log analysts by the Russian Ministry of Oil.
  • In 1990, the first contract between Russian Ministry of Oil employee and American company (Halliburton) was signed as a consequence of his efforts.
  • In 2001, his name included in Moscow's " Who is who in Russian Geophysics”.

 American experience

  •  Managed and coordinated joint work between Russian and Halliburton software developers.
  •  Opened Halliburton / Sierra Geophysics offices in Moscow and Tyumen.
  •  Employed at Schlumberger and Accenture.
  •  In 1994 founded AMROS Corporation in Texas.
  •  In 2002 opened AMROS Corporation office in Tyumen, Western Siberia, Russia.

Carl R. Dukate—Vice-President, Co-Founder

Carl Dukate possesses extensive sales, marketing, and operations experience in the computer and application software markets, selling direct and through distribution channels, both domestic and international to enterprise and telecom markets. He has lived in Asia and Europe for the last nine years, working in large public and in small entrepreneurial companies in power growth mode. His experience includes:

  • Vice President of Nortel Network, eBusiness Solutions, ASEAN, India & Japan. Nortel Networks is a global Internet and communications leader with capabilities spanning Optical, Wireless, Local, Personal Internet and eBusiness solutions.  The Company had 2000 revenues of $30.3 billion and serves carrier, service provider and enterprise customers globally.
  • Managing Director of Periphonics Corporation, Singapore. Periphonics was a leading worldwide provider of call processing solutions used in Computer Telephony Integration and Telecom Enhanced Network Services.  Periphonics used technologies such as interactive voice response, speech recognition and messaging, fax and web browsers.  The company’s products and services automate call transaction processing, increase call center productivity and often creating new revenue streams for customers.
  • President, InterVoice Inc., France / Managing Director, InterVoice International, UK. InterVoice is a global telecommunications software company selling call automation solutions both direct and through distribution with fiscal year 1996 revenues of $96 million.  The software applications address virtually all call processing needs integrating with any telephone and MIS environment.
  • Managing Director of Halliburton Information Technology, London, England. Managed operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the former Soviet Union. Information Technology at Halliburton sells a variety of scientific software, support, consulting, and computer hardware in the form of integrated solutions to problems covering the life of an oil field.
  • Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Graphic Science Corporation, Houston, Texas. Graphic Science, founded in 1987, develops and sells software, turnkey systems and services worldwide.  The software is for interactive interpretation of seismic data to aid geoscientists in finding oil.
  • Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations of Landmark Graphic Corporation, Houston, Texas. Landmark Graphics, founded in 1982, applies imaging technology to help geoscientists find oil.  Landmark develops interactive software, integrates it with computer hardware (IBM & Sun) and sells and supports the resulting workstations as turnkey systems.  The 1989 revenues were $42 million.  Fifty percent were generated from international markets.
  • Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Wand Division of Recognition Equipment Incorporated, Dallas, Texas. Recognition Equipment, founded in 1962, used imaging technology in designing data entry and workflow automation products for sale to a variety of application markets.  The 1987 revenues were $289 million.

 

Ludmila E. Shvetsova—Director, Tyumen Office

Dr. Shvetsova is a highly-respected geologist and geophysicist with more than 30 years experience in Western Siberian oil exploration and production. Well connected with local owners and license holders. Has more than 100 professional publications including a book and five governmental decorations for her outstanding achievements. In 2001, her name included in Moscow's " Who is who in Russian Geophysics”.
  • Manager of the Geological Department in the Ust-Balik Geophysical Enterprise in Nefteugansk.
  • Manager of the Geophysical Department, Manager of the Oil Fields Development Department in Zapsibneftegeophysika, the enterprise that supervised all geological and geophysical activity in Western Siberia under the Oil and Gas Ministry.
  • Manager of the Geophysical Department in the Cial company in Tyumen.
  • Participated in exploration and development of the Ust-Balik, Mamontovskoe, South-Surgutskoe, Pravdinskoe and many other oil fields in Western Siberia. She participated also in the organization of geophysical and log data services in Western Siberia.
  • Initiated the establishing of the department for permanent monitoring of oil field development in Western Siberia. She also participated in developing standardized sets of logs for investigation of exploration and production wells in Western Siberia. She discovered nucleo-geo-chemical effect related to water encroachment in production layers.
