oil and gas industry demonstrates superior leadership and management skills,
strategic planning abilities, marketing and trading expertise, negotiation skills, business development vision, and extensive experience in the technical side in his success with software design and development. His 47 professional publications include a
book, "Computerized Interpretation of Log Data", which has been widely used by
university students and by professionals in the field.

He has been responsible for generated excellent relationships with Russian
license holders. Dr. Ingerman founded AMROS Corporation in 1994 to foster better
business relationships between American and Russian companies after an extensive
successful career in the Russian oil industry. He relocated his family to
America to work with Halliburton Corporation.
Russian
experience
- Designed and developed a well log software
system that became the first industrial application of the computerized
interpretation of log data in the former Soviet Union.
- Vice President in the Tyumen Oil Geophysical
Association (Number two geophysical company in Russia).
- In 1989 was recognized as one of top ten well
log analysts by the Russian Ministry of Oil.
- In 1990, the first contract between Russian
Ministry of Oil employee and American company (Halliburton) was signed as a

Corporation, Singapore. Periphonics was a leading worldwide provider of
call processing solutions used in Computer Telephony Integration and Telecom
Enhanced Network Services. Periphonics
used technologies such as interactive voice response, speech recognition and

company’s products and services automate call transaction processing, increase
call center productivity and often creating new revenue streams for customers.

Texas. Graphic Science, founded in 1987, develops and sells software,

Graphic Corporation, Houston, Texas. Landmark Graphics, founded in 1982,
applies imaging technology to help geoscientists find oil. Landmark develops interactive software,
integrates it with computer hardware (IBM & Sun) and sells and supports the
resulting workstations as turnkey systems. The 1989 revenues were $42 million. Fifty percent were generated from international markets.

- Manager of the Geophysical Department, Manager of the Oil Fields Development
Department in Zapsibneftegeophysika, the enterprise that supervised all
geological and geophysical activity in Western Siberia under the Oil and Gas
Ministry.
- Manager of the Geophysical Department in the Cial company in Tyumen.
- Participated in exploration and development of the Ust-Balik, Mamontovskoe,
South-Surgutskoe, Pravdinskoe and many other oil fields in Western Siberia. She
participated also in the organization of geophysical and log data services in
Western Siberia.
- Initiated the establishing of the department for permanent monitoring of oil
field development in Western Siberia. She also participated in developing
standardized sets of logs for investigation of exploration and production wells
in Western Siberia. She discovered nucleo-geo-chemical effect related to water
encroachment in production layers.
